Summary : Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator provides overall administrative and technical support for a largeโscale construction project, ensuring schedules, materials, inspections, costs, and safety requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in planning and implementing schedules, material quantities, inspections, and equipment requirements.
- Monitor work performance to ensure project rules, procedures, and safety requirements are followed.
- Prepare project documentation such as contracts, permits, and technical documents.
- Identify potential problems, work interferences, and schedule difficulties and assist in resolving them.
- Maintain and analyze upโtoโdate cost reports and submit necessary changes to ensure project delivery within budget.
