Mechanical Project Coordinator

As a leading mechanical construction contractor, we are involved in a number of large‑scale complex construction projects and are now looking to grow our team.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and Site Supervisors to develop and actively maintain the project schedule and ensure project targets are achieved.
• Maintain and update document control logs and follow through on project management procedures: change orders, as‑built drawings, close‑out documents.
• Provide status updates of work in progress and support with project forecasting, cost control and our T.I.M.E. efficiency program.
• Coordinate equipment and material deliveries and provide oversight of sub‑trades.
• Participate in site meetings and document meeting minutes.
