Our client, a top banking client in Canada, is hiring a Project Coordinator (Junior) for a 12‑month contract with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, requiring up to 2 days in the Downtown Toronto office.

Reporting

The Project Coordinator reports to the Signage Project Manager – Canadian Branch Network.

Key Responsibilities

• Co‑ordinate and manage roll‑out initiatives and special signage & branding projects across the Canadian Branch Network, ensuring end‑user satisfaction.
• Support exterior and interior re‑branding initiatives for each branch location.
• Ensure projects comply with the bank’s architectural standards, audit guidelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Source, hire, and oversee vendors, consultants, architects, and general contractors to achieve timely delivery.
