Job Description
This Project Coordinator intern role supports with project management. As such, intern guides potential collaborators through our certification program which includes sourcing, screening, testing, rate negotiation and database updates, and is also responsible for supporting with job requests that come in and placing assignments with the right resources.
Work setting: On-site from Colegiales, Buenos Aires, Argentina
Position responsibilities
Provide support on different phases of translation projects
Screen external candidates and contact potential resources (interpreters, translators, reviewers, proofreaders, brand captains, etc.)
Support the on-boarding process (setting up the linguist in our system, compilation of documents, assistance with contracts, instructions for the new linguist), ensuring that all on-boarding tasks are handled on time
