Assist with preparation of permit packages by coordinating drawings and information required for the application and approval process and assist in obtaining all other municipal permits. Assist in the preparation and issuance of the project tender packages, including scopes of work customized for the specific project. Prepare bid analysis spreadsheets and recommendations for PM approval. Prepare the subcontracts and purchase orders for execution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for drawings, vendor...
