Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the end-to-end project planning process for games developed by the India team, from concept alignment and prioritisation through production, testing, approvals, and handover readiness.
  • Define and supervise project timelines, results, dependencies, risks, and key decisions across all active India roadmap initiatives.
  • Ensure project plans are realistic, clearly communicated, and aligned with business priorities, studio capacity, and delivery expectations.
  • Coordinate with delivery, QA, product, game design, development, art, math, and other relevant functions to support smooth execution and readiness for handover.
  • Supervise resource allocations across multiple parallel projects and highlight capacity gaps, over-allocation in a timely manner.
