Project Coordinator
We’re looking for an organised, resourceful, and dependable individual to join the TwoSpuds team as a Project Coordinator.
This is an in‑house role where you’ll help keep client projects moving from brief to delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, marketers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
We are currently only hiring Singaporeans and Permanent Residents.
What You’ll Be Doing- Gather incoming client requests and turn them into clear, actionable briefs.
- Join client meetings, capture notes, and circulate action items.
- Build and maintain project plans with milestones, owners, and deadlines.
- Coordinate designers, marketers, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving.
