Ansept Construction is a growing general contractor delivering residential, commercial, multifamily, restoration, and design‑build projects across Western Canada. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers, taking full ownership of project administration, cost and schedule tracking, and stakeholder coordination on our larger and more complex builds. You will support Project Managers across various concurrent projects, resolve day‑to‑day issues without escalation, and ensure every project is fully documented, on schedule, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day coordination on 3-4 concurrent commercial, residential, or multifamily projects, serving as the senior administrative lead and first point of resolution for scope, schedule, and documentation issues before they reach the Project Manager.
