What is the Opportunity?

As part of Aecon’s Utilities sector, the Aecon Utility Engineering (AUE) team plays a pivotal role in supporting construction through in-house engineering expertise.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator, Design to support our Hydro design team. This role is essential for ensuring project deliverables - the accuracy, on time, and aligned with client expectations through dedicated administrative and quality assurance support.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Support designers by organizing project documentation and preparing GCF packages. Perform rigorous QA/QC reviews on all deliverables to ensure they meet internal standards and utility requirements prior to client submission

  • Monitor project milestones and attainment metrics to ensure timely delivery

  • Prepare invoice requests based on completed milestones and maintain accurate project databases, folders, and shared drives
