Commercial Project Coordinator – Ready-to-Install (RTI) Phase
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid). Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent.
About the Role
Polaron Energy Corp. is seeking a highly organized Commercial Project Coordinator to support commercial Solar, Battery Storage (BESS), and EV Charging projects during the Ready-to-Install (RTI) phase. This role manages projects from contract signing through pre‑construction readiness, including customer communication, rebate applications, site assessment coordination, utility submissions, and permit applications.
Key Responsibilities
Project Intake & Customer Communication
- Receive and onboard newly signed commercial projects.
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the RTI phase.
- Provide timely project updates and coordinate required documentation from customers and internal teams.
