Overview

The Civil Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and Superintendents to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of civil engineering projects. They act as a central communication hub, managing logistics, documentation, and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Project assistance : Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in day-to-day administration and fieldwork. This can include preparing estimates, bids, and tender submissions.
• Documentation and reporting : Maintain all project documentation, such as contracts, reports, drawings, permits, and specifications. Prepare regular progress reports for clients and project managers.
• Scheduling and coordination : Coordinate schedules and activities between various project teams, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all deadlines and milestones are met.
