Job Description

The ideal candidate would have a proven track record of successfully utilizing traditional and innovative methods in preparing estimates and taking ownership while delivering the estimate of multiple bid tenders at a time.
Job Requirements
- Read and understand drawings and specifications and develop quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam and other takeoff softwares
- Have experience in building project schedules and construction methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Estimating and Operations teams.
- Have an understanding of typical contract models used in Heavy Civil Construction.
- Prepare and Distrubute Shop Drawings
