Senior Customer Project Coordinator / Customer Liaison

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between different departments, ensuring that all teams are informed about important updates from customers and vice‑versa.
• Manage aspects of customer relationships, including new product introductions and materials management through direct interaction with customers.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain timely communication with customers and management throughout schedules and key issues.
• Responsible for customer scorecards for assigned products or key customer accounts.
• Work closely with internal team on customer orders to achieve the timeline.
• Follow up with customers on RFQ and PO status.
