Job Description
Lead project controls initiatives with Gold Fields at the Windfall Project in northern Québec. This role focuses on site oversight and project performance evaluation during construction.
As the Project Controls Manager, you will work independently to validate project deliverables and ensure effective cost and schedule governance. With 10-15 years of experience in EPC/EPCM environments, you will provide critical support to the construction team on key analytics and reporting and engage with stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as site representative for project controls
• Validate contractor deliverables for accuracy and completeness
• Monitor field progress using objective metrics
• Perform variance and trend analyses for cost and schedule
• Support decision-making with timely and accurate data
