Shape governance and control model across capital projects
Responsibilities
Define:
Project governance structure
Stage gates and approvals
Establish controls across cost, schedule, and scope
Recommend PMO model (central vs distributed via GCC)
Identify reporting frameworks and KPIs

15+ yrs in large infrastructure programs
Experience in utilities / EPC environment
