Job Description
The Project Controls Administrator supports the successful delivery of Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects by ensuring accurate document control, efficient coordination, and strong administrative execution across the project controls team. This role is critical in maintaining organized, auditable records, supporting systems implementation (e.g., Unifier), and enabling seamless communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
Document & Systems Management
β’ Maintain and manage project documentation and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness.
β’ Facilitate and manage the flow and communication for processing documents for assigned CIP projects.
β’ Support onboarding and utilization of Unifier for CIP projects.
