Job Description
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to understand project delivery challenges, business processes, and operational requirements.
- Configure, implement, and support project management and project controls software solutions.
- Advise clients on industry best practices across estimating, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, and project governance.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions.
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders ranging from project teams to executive leadership.
- Support software implementations, user adoption, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients while ensuring successful project outcomes.
