Project Contract Manager – Madrid
Alstom seeks a full‑time Project Contract Manager to provide guidance and leadership in contract and claim management for signalling projects. The role will support the Project Core Team and Contract Management Organization in protecting Alstom’s interests and ensuring contractual objectives are met.
Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts and develop pragmatic commercial approaches to safeguard Alstom’s interests.
- Monitor project progress against contractual obligations and milestones.
- Issue contractual notices and manage correspondence with third parties.
- Document, communicate, and negotiate claims and counterclaims.
- Report contract‑management KPIs to project, Legal, and Contract Management teams.
- Provide training on contract/claim management to key stakeholders.
- Deliver reliable contractual and commercial analyses on demand.
