Airfreight Manager
The Airfreight Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the team to achieve departmental goals, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The role focuses on optimizing processes, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a collaborative work environment to meet and exceed business targets.
The Project & Continuous Improvement Management supports the 4PL organization by leading continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional project activities, and supporting the onboarding of new 4PL services. The role also manages regular transactional reporting activities (DQ checks, MBR deck preparation, billing reports) until fully automated through IT Systems & Automation. This position operates under the guidance of the 4PL Management Team, providing advanced coordination, documentation, and improvement support without acting as a manager or owning strategic decisions.
