As GCS RIS Implementation Manager you are accountable for the successful implementation of Roche’s digital products at the customer. In early product life cycle phases you will be responsible for implementing select RIS products in the ‘Nail-It’ phase of the product lifecycle, and will then be accountable for the successful onboarding and success of the affiliate implementations.

• Provide customer project expertise to the GCS Technical Product manager.
  
• Support the product life cycle by improving product serviceability and implementability while considering the broader solution.
