Role Purpose
As GCS RIS Implementation Manager you are accountable for the successful implementation of Roche’s digital products at the customer. In early product life‑cycle phases you will be responsible for implementing select RIS products in the ‘Nail‑It’ phase of the product lifecycle. You will then be accountable for the successful onboarding and success of the affiliate implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project documentation in accordance with the scope and deliverables of the project, following best practices.
- Escalate problems that are not resolved in a reasonable time to the established escalation person(s) and to the manager and functional heads when major issues pose risk to the project critical path.
- Follow or develop testing scenarios to test new or modified implementations of Navify Product(s), verify test results, and drive customer acceptance of the new or modified product implementation.
