Job Description

• Conduct purchase request (PR) audits to ensure policy and process compliance
• Generate and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner
• Monitor PO status and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on progress and completion
• Assist in sourcing activities and vendor coordination as needed
• Support bid processes, including quotation review and commercial evaluation
• Provide operational support for procurement-related initiatives and requests

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree
• Relevant internship or work experience in procurement or administrative support is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• High proficiency in MS Excel is a minimum requirement
