Project-Based IT Business Analyst (Mid-Level)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality systems that improve business processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and specifications
• Collaborate with Dev Leads, Scrum Masters, and System Analysts to ensure alignment
• Analyze workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
• Maintain project documentation across the full SDLC
• Create test cases and support system testing and validation
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
• Manage bugs, issues, and testing deliverables per sprint cycle
