Job Description
Description We are looking for a Project Assistant to support a short-term Contract assignment in Gainesville, Florida. In this role, you will help collect and document furniture inventory data across multiple school locations using provided mobile equipment. This opportunity is well suited for dependable individuals who are comfortable moving between sites, staying organized throughout the day, and contributing to a fast-paced project with a defined timeline.
Responsibilities:
• Travel to assigned school campuses each day and support on-site project activities across multiple locations.
• Review furniture items at each site and record accurate inventory and condition details using an iPad.
• Assist with assessment efforts by documenting findings in a consistent and organized manner.
