Job Description
Description We are looking for a dependable Project Assistant to support graduation event operations in California. This is a Contract position within the services industry, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and helping events run smoothly. The person in this role will guide graduates through photo line procedures, assist event staff with coordination tasks, and contribute to a positive experience for students and guests.
