The Architect will plan and design, and facilitate the execution of new building designs, as well as expansions or renovations according to clients' needs, desires, and financial resources.
Responsibilities
+ Plan and design new building structures and renovations.
+ Facilitate the execution of building expansions and renovations.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed drawings and models.
+ Provide consultative support throughout the design process.
+ Complete own drawings, specifications, and calculations for projects.
+ Lead the entire design process, including proposal phases.
+ Serve as the Architectural Lead on projects and potentially take on Project Manager responsibilities if experienced.
