Job Description: Landside infrastructure works, automated people mover depot, it facility building-east, automated people mover systems, contractor's office village and coastal dormitory expansion for Changi east development. Job Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as an architectural professional Including at least 5 years on projects of similar scale and complexity (major building, deep excavation) Including design experience Successfully completed at least one (1) project through construction and handover stages Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved EDMS (e.g. Bentley ProjectWise), reviewing RFI/RFA and project documents Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office ability to interpret Power BI dashboards and prepare executive-level presentations Degree Architecture (BOA)
