Job Description
Our Telecom group is currently looking to add a Project Administrator to our team on a 6-month term (with possibility of extension), based out of our office in Headingley, MB.
Reporting to the Project Director, we are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic team environment and is eager to provide crucial support across Valardβs projects. In this role you will coordinate procurement, invoicing, contract setup, and reporting activities that keep our telecom projects running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and subcontractors.
- Review and receive invoices in JDE and validate them in APA.
- Set up new vendors and maintain and update existing vendor records in JDE.
- Set up new contracts in JDE for billing.
