Job Description

Manage current programs & new projects to completion: categorically from initiation to customer fulfilment. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones and deliverables that meet or exceed customers’ requirements and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Provide support for day‑to‑day operations and shipments, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to achieve delivery commitments and meet customers' scorecards, On Time Delivery targets, and inventory goals.
• Work closely with teams to address challenges and ensure timely project completion.
