Job Description
Project Administration
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, variation orders, quotations, and project reports.
- Coordinate project submissions, work schedules, and progress updates.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking project deliverables.
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation for all project records.
- Assist in preparing claims, progress reports, and project close‑out documentation.
- Source, obtain, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and vendors.
