Job Description
The Project Accountant works closely with project teams, operations, and accounting leadership to support the financial processes required for accurate reporting and profitable completion of construction, disaster recovery, debris removal, and other project-based work.
The role coordinates project accounting activities across accounts payable, accounts receivable, contract and billing setup, client invoicing, job-cost tracking, Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting, reconciliations, compliance documentation, and month-end close.
This position is employed by Castlerock Resources, LLC and assigned to support James W.
Turner Construction, Ltd. (JWTC).
The Project Accountant partners with project managers and operational personnel to help ensure that project financial information is timely, complete, well-supported, and aligned with contract requirements and internal controls.
