Job Description
We are looking to hire a Project Accountant (remote) to join our Timmins Operations team in Timmins, ON. to play a key role in the Bell Creek Shaft expansion project on a full-time basis. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8 hrs/day or 4 on, 3 off, 10hrs/day.
This is an existing vacancy. The successful candidate may begin as soon as possible.
Please note that this role may require occasional site presence.
The Project Accountant will play a key role in the Bell Creek Shaft Expansion Project and be responsible for the preparation of month end accruals, allocations, journal entries, cost reports, as well as analysis of monthly financial performance, assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and interim forecasts and month‑end general ledger reconciliations as required.
