Job Description
The Project Accountant is responsible for mainly supporting the financial management of construction and real estate projects. This role involves close collaboration with construction project teams to ensure accurate recording of actual expenditures, monitoring of project budgets, and timely identification and reporting of variances.
The Project
Accountant plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting project delivery through effective cost control and reporting.
Bachelorโs degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
Minimum of 6 yearsโ experience in project accounting.
Experience in real estate management and construction project accounting is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of project budgeting and cost control.
