Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of engineers to support project execution from validation through implementation
- Drive continuous improvement in team performance and technical capability
- Ensure device programming and graphical interface development meet project specifications
- Offer guidance during system testing and commissioning activities as needed
- Advise on the creation and submission of operation and maintenance manuals when required
- Maintain updated software and database files, ensuring regular backups to the office server
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Control, or a related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with energy management, HVAC, chiller plant, or building management systems is an advantage
