This role, reporting to the Supervisor of Community Programs, entails the organization and management of various recreational programs. As a key facilitator, you will assess community needs and customer satisfaction, ensuring that services align with demographic trends. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning comprehensive recreation programs
• Monitor community needs and suggest improvements
• Analyze feedback to measure program success
• Act as a liaison with schools and the community
• Mentor and oversee various program staff
Requirements:
• Degree in Recreation Studies or related field
• Minimum of one year in a recreational role
