An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and positive individual to be part of the delivery of an innovate programme to support the work of the Nursing and Integrated Care (NIC) Directorate within Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS).
The Healthcare Staffing Programme (HSP) provides support to NHS Boards to improve their workload and workforce planning; to help ensure they have the right people with the right skills in the right place at the right time. The team is spread across Scotland and is focused on improving Boards compliance with their legislative duties under the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019.
