Programme Administration

• Conduct programme evaluations through site visits and assessments, contributing to quality assurance and programme enhancement.
• Contribute to the development of best practices in programme administration.
• Perform secretariat duties, including note‑taking, compilation of presentation decks, and scheduling of meetings and site visits.
• Coordinate across internal divisions on programme planning and implementation, consolidating updates for organisation‑wide reporting.
• Monitor and track programme milestones, proactively flagging risks, delays, or interdependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Draft and refine briefs, talking points, and official correspondence for senior management in support of regional and international engagements.
