Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the team in managing training registration process
- Conduct due diligence check or review on potential trainees
- Communication and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders
- Generating weekly report and send to relevant team members
- Assist and prepare documents for grant claim submission
- Support onsite workshops when required
- Assist in any other projects' administrations
Skill Requirements
- Digitally savvy – Competent using online tools/platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office suite
- Good interpersonal skills, great team player and reliable
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Observant and pay great attention to detail
