Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the team in managing training registration process
  • Conduct due diligence check or review on potential trainees
  • Communication and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders
  • Generating weekly report and send to relevant team members
  • Assist and prepare documents for grant claim submission
  • Support onsite workshops when required
  • Assist in any other projects' administrations

Skill Requirements

  • Digitally savvy – Competent using online tools/platforms like Telegram, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace & Microsoft Office suite
  • Good interpersonal skills, great team player and reliable
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Observant and pay great attention to detail
