Job Description
Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of certain field-related topics
- Fresh with excellent communication Skills
- 2 years experience in the BPO industry or a reputed call center. or
- Medical billing, Pharmacy courses, or any related courses to the field are a plus point.
- Fluent in the required language i.e. English
- Knowledge of calling principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
