The*Montana Department of Transportation (MDT)*is recruiting for a Program Supervisor – DBE & SBE. This position is responsible for the ongoing development and administration of multiple Civil Rights programs, including the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program, and DBE/SBE Supportive Services. Responsible for monitoring and reporting compliance with applicable standards and requirements. This position occasionally travels around the state to program sites, conferences, and trainings. There is also occasional out-of-state travel to conferences. This position reports to the OCR Bureau Chief and supervises four employees.
