Overview
Program Service Coordinator
Full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working environment. Location: downtown Toronto area. Competitive salary with benefits including a Defined Benefit Pension Plan and Health Care Expense Account.
Responsibilities
- Interface with program applicants over the phone, web chat, and e-mail; respond to program inquiries and provide quality service and insights into the process.
- Provide help to program members and prospective members in a contact center that operates from 8:30am to 5:00pm using live-agent chat, web chat, and online fax/mail.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls.
- Support families throughout the entire registration and intake process.
- Follow an established process to facilitate consistent registration of eligible program applicants.
