MVP Program Operations Manager (AI & Automation)

Responsibilities

• Execute automation workflows for the MVP Program using AI tools, Agents, and CLIs.
• Author and maintain structured knowledge content to support AI-assisted workflows (e.g., copilots, prompt libraries, automation pipelines).
• Triage and resolve support cases from MVP Program members, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
• Partner with program stakeholders to define requirements for automation and operational improvements.
• Contribute to the design and iteration of AI-assisted support experiences (e.g., prompt engineering, response templates, knowledge grounding).
• Track and report on recurring issues, gaps, and operational risks.
