Job Responsibilities
+ Monitor, direct, and control manufacturing programs. Lead in the areas of cost, schedule, and performance.
+ Direct a focused program, including strategic planning, analyzing program activities, expenses, and profits, and establishing goals.
+ Plan and direct a group of individuals, monitoring their work and taking corrective actions when necessary.
+ Ensure risks are properly managed and mitigated to avoid becoming issues. Risk management is critical to project success. Create a robust process for the identification, management, and mitigation of risk.
+ The Program Manager must have strong practical experience in project management, gained by managing manufacturing-related projects.
