Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Manufacturing Engineering
- Good business acumen and strong track record in sales, marketing and business development
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with people from diverse background
- Good team player with strong leadership quality and able to manage cross-functional teams
- 3-5 years relevant working experience in sales/marketing/business development/engineering/project management, preferably in the contract manufacturing industry.
- Preferably with experience in the manufacturing sector of Semiconductor Process Equipment.
- Strong in customer account management
- Serving, sustaining and growing business from new/existing customers
- Ensuring the yearly sales target/revenue set for Strategic Business Units are met
