Job Description
Position Overview The Senior Program Manager (IT) is responsible for leading large‑scale, complex, multi-year technology programs that span business areas, delivery teams, and vendor partners. This role provides strategic oversight, governance, and end-to-end delivery leadership to ensure programs meet business objectives, align with enterprise architecture standards, and deliver measurable value. The Senior Program Manager drives collaboration across cross-functional teams, manages risks and financials, and ensures solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
