Program Manager The Program Manager provides leadership and oversight to service options in the community. Providing overall care and support, the Program Manager will nurture and develop relationships with the individuals and internal and external support networks.

Under the direction of the Executive Director, the Program Manager is responsible for supervising the Team Leader and Personal Support Workers, and for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency values, goals, policies and industry standards.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure quality service delivery
• Supervise, support, and mentor staff
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage
• Coordinate staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
