The Opportunity

We are conducting a search for a Program Manager on behalf of a scaling SaaS organization developing AI-powered platforms within the intelligent mobility industry. They are looking to make a senior hire to sit above the Procurement Applications Engineering and Project Management divisions who will build a high-performing Customer Success function. You will take ownership of the operational aspects of post-sales activities, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to standardize project delivery, set realistic customer expectations, and drive deployment throughput.
