Draganfly Inc. is seeking a Program Manager, Public Safety Operations to lead our Field Application teams and shape how our solutions are deployed across public safety environments. This role is ideal for someone who comes directly from a public safety background and understands real‑world mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Senior Field Application Specialists, focusing on field execution and team development.
• Coordinate operational activities including demos, training, product testing, and deployments.
• Build and refine SOPs, workflows, and playbooks to support scalable operations.
• Ensure alignment across teams on product knowledge, market strategy, and operational standards.
• Act as the primary SME for Public Safety use cases and UAS integration.
