YOUR DAY TO DAY
We are seeking an organized, execution-focused Program Manager (PM) to support customer order execution and program delivery across our amplifier and generator product lines. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contract compliance, delivery predictability, and cross‑functional coordination across Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering.
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR/TO
- Lead and manage Order Management Specialists, including task assignment, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Own execution of non-program customer orders, including internal schedule commitments.
- Ensure all orders meet contractual, documentation, and readiness requirements prior to release.
- Act as gatekeeper for order release readiness, contract compliance checks, documentation completeness, export screening coordination, and order release readiness.
- Serve as first‑level escalation for order execution issues.
