Job Description
Manager, Program Management – Responsibilities
- Lead complex development and production programs and proposals for new and non‑routine business opportunities.
- Plan schedules, arrange own activities, and manage project budgets and schedules using appropriate project management control techniques and proactive EAC management in collaboration with Program Finance.
- Maintain an Open Issues List and key milestone documentation, provide concise direction to the Capture Team, Program Execution IPT, and the customer to ensure alignment toward execution milestones.
- Oversee and administer all key process/function deliverables for a given project, drive a rigorous active Risk and Opportunity register, and update or retire R&O’s during execution.
- Represent the organization as a prime customer contact on key issues and network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise on issues.
